Nicolas Sartini ist neuer CEO. Bei[ds_preview] CMA CGM verantwortete er die Übernahme von NOL und übernimmt nun von Ng Yat Chung, der seit 2011 NOL-CEO war. Ng wird Executive Director im NOL-Vorstand. Rodolphe Saadé, Vice Chairman von CMA CGM, folgt auf Kwa Chong Seng als NOL Board Chairman. Kwa bleibt als Independent Director im Vorstand. Serge Corbel ist neuer NOL-CFO. Beide sind außerdem Executive Directors des neuen zehnköpfigen NOL-Vorstandes.
