DVB Bank: Bertrand Grabowski will resign from[ds_preview] the bank’s management board and leave the company upon turning 60. From 1 December 2016 David Goring-Thomas, currently Head of Aviation Finance, will replace him and take responsibility for the Aviation Finance- and Land Transport Finance businesses. He has been with the bank for 15 years. Additionally Christian Hagemeyer will join the board latest by 1 April 2017. He will be appointed Member of the Board and will be responsible for risk management. This will expand the management board from three to four members. Hagemeyer will come from Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen where he is responsible for the bank’s global credit risk management since 2005. Currently he is also responsible for corporate finance, financial institutions, business customers including shipping and aircraft financing and group business of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. From 1987 until 2005 he worked for Deutsche Bank in various leading positions in the field of risk management.
