Acuisition of LEMAG

The Swedish company has acquired the monit[ds_preview]oring products from German company Lehmann & Michels (LEMAG). Chris-Marine also establishes a subsidiary in Germany with key employees from LEMAG.

Chris-Marine aims to strengthen its position as a supplier of maintenance products and methods for maintenance of combustion engines. The products that will be integrated in Chris-Marine’s range of products are LEMAG SPEAT, Shaftpower, Cylinder Pressure Indicators, Calibration tools and Crankshaft Deflection Indicators.

In connection with the acquisition, Chris-Marine establishes a subsidiary in Germany with key employees from LEMAG. The new office will be situated at the LEMAG premises in Rellingen close to Hamburg.
