Jotun has added Jotatemp 1000 Ceramic in its portfolio. This coating solution can be applied to surfaces with temperatures reaching 1,000ºC.
The new product should increase the tolerance (previous advanced coatings offered a maximum endurance of 650ºC). It is made for an industry[ds_preview] where a shift to higher temperature operations is helping optimise processing and productivity the company stated.

The new solution has passed all standard industry test methods for the verification of CUI protection. It’s ambient cure qualities should leed to easy handling during construction phases and should enhance ambient corrosion protection.
