Bomin Linde LNG and SC Klaipedos Nafta have signed a contract to[ds_preview] establish a joint venture. The new company, Blue LNG, is going to implement the LNG Bunker Supply Vessel project. Bomin Linde LNG will hold 80% of the shares, 20% will be at hands of SGD logistika, a fully owned subsidiary of Klaipedos Nafta, Bomin Linde informed. The aim of the agreement is to build and operate an LNG Bunker Supply Vessel that will be put into operation in 2017. It will supply the marine customers of Bomin Linde LNG with LNG as ship fuel. According to Bomin Linde the objective is to secure a flexible LNG transport service to the reloading station of Klaipedos Nafta and offer further services, e.g. transporting gas to small-scale terminals at the Baltic and North Sea.
