Abeking & Rasmussen (A&R) has launched the new 72.50m explorer yacht »Cloudbreak[ds_preview]«. Named after the famed Fijian surf spot, the yacht will now be readied for her harbour and sea trials. As the shipyard informs, the vessel is scheduled for delivery this May.
»Cloudbreak« is a custom built project which has been more than four years in development. Accordig to A&R the Yacht’s Espen Oeino designed exterior is complemented by the contemporary interiors created by Parisian Interior Architecture’s Studio, Christian Liaigre, with furnishings selected by P H. D architectural bureau. »With a gross tonnage of more than 2,200t it is clear that the internal volume specification for this project will make the vessel one of the most substantial global explorer yachts of its kind«, A&R states. According to the information SuperYachtsMonaco secured the initial purchase of the vessel on behalf of the owner and have project managed the construction process for the owner’s side from the outset and throughout. »Cloudbreak« will be available for charter.
