Aerius Marine has been contracted by MV Werften to supply the climate[ds_preview] technology for three mega yachts of the »Endeavor« class. As a system integrator, Aerius Marine provides the complete climate control systems including »turnkey« water chillers. The package contains everything from design to delivery / materials logistics and assembly to commissioning.
The ships are built for the Crystal Cruises shipping company belonging to Genting Hong Kong. The prototype »Crystal Endeavor« is scheduled for delivery in 2019. The three luxury cruise ships are equipped with ice class PC6 and allow tours from the tropics to the polar regions. With regard to climatic engineering, the vessels are subject to the highest standards, e.g. in terms of comfort and sound. »We are very proud to be able to contribute to these ships and to bring our experience from the design and construction of climate control systems for more than 50 complex passenger ships to MV Werften now,« says Thomas Arlit, CEO Aerius Marine. According to Stefan Schleper, Director Passenger Ships Aerius Marine, the cooperation between the shipyard and the Aerius team has worked very well even in the basic design for the Endeavor class.
