Diederick de Vroet has been appointed[ds_preview] to Head Global Ocean Freight Activities at DB Schenker Logistics. De Vroet, who was born in the Netherlands in 1971, will be responsible for a segment that saw over 1.6 million containers (TEU) reach their destinations throughout the world last year. The ocean freight expert has previously held management positions in the industry in Asia and Europe.
