The family company Wiska, which was founded in 1919 in Hamburg, has introduced a new reefer socket called Varitain PushIn. Whereas in former times it was necessary to turn on the internal switch by a separate move of the plug, Varitain PushIn enhances the one-touch principle and cuts down this opera[ds_preview]tion: The circuit breaker is automatically switched on after plug-in, and the integrated LED reports its status. In addition to the simplified operation, only one spare part module, instead of former three, needs to get exchanged. Furthermore, the homemade VentPlug, a pressure compensation unit against condensation water, can be selected optionally.
Also in the field of camera surveillance Wiska has extended its portfolio by a full IP video surveillance system, which combines latest IP camera technology with IP68 enclosures, controlling and image recording. With regards to the below deck and on deck lighting programme, the product range includes searchlights, floodlights, navigation and signal lights, explosion-proof and also internal lights.
