Fay Catsiba has joined the Liberian[ds_preview] International Ship & Corporate Registry (LISCR) as Business Development Manager based in Dubai, U.A.E. Fay will represent LISCR in the U.A.E. and Middle East region, where the Liberian Registry continues to expand its representation and sphere of interest.
