Hans Laheij has taken over as Vice President Sales & Marketing at Schottel as of September 2016, assuming the responsibilities of Jens-Erk Bartels, who will be retiring.
Hans Laheij has extensive experienc[ds_preview]e in the area of ship propulsion. He began his career with Lips BV in the Asia/Pacific region he steadily took on greater responsibilities. As of 2011 he served for Wärtsilä as Area Sales Director for the Middle East & Asia region. Hans Laheij, a Dutchman, will perform his duties at Schottel headquarters in Spay/Rhein replacing retiring Jens-Erk Bartels, who has managed Sales & Marketing since April 2009.
