David Anderson succeeds Peter Kerr[ds_preview]-Dineen as Chairman of the UK broker. Founding Chairman Kerr-Dineen retires after 40 years with the group. He will remain a shareholder of the group and stay in the company as Part Time Chairman and Chairman of Maritime Strategies International. Anderson comes from a corporate finance background, he was Chief Executive for Lazard and Managing Director at JPMorgan Cazenove.
