Douglas Wood, CFO for Showa Shell[ds_preview] Sekiyu, has been nominated as replacement for Peter Van Rossum. The current CFO will retire in 2017. SBM plans to appoint Wood as member of the Management Board on 30 November 2016. Wood has been with Royal Dutch Shell since 1993 in various positions in management and finance.
