Bluester is described as enabling buyers and suppliers to transact through a common interface using a set of streamlined processes. Ship managers and service providers »automatically, impartially, and transparently match against their own predefined criteria for direct contract conclusion on the platform«, it is said. The addition of online desktop verification is planned to increase confidence and reducing the time and cost of transactions.
