Reinjes this year is the first time exhibitor at the NorShipping. The exhibit, a working marine gear WAF 863, represents[ds_preview] the classic product portfolio of the drive specialists. The workboat segment with a focus on offshore vessels is not only at Nor-Shipping an important issue, but also for Reintjes. The company estimates it has already done this year more than 80 deliveries gear for offshore vessels. The most important end customer was Damen Shipyards in Gorinchem, Netherlands. With the shipyard Reintjes already has a long and successful collaboration.
On Reintjes booth visitors get informations about the classic product portfolio, marine gear for main drives in the power range from 250 to 30,000 kW and also can receive much more informations on custom drive solutions. In addition, the company is the contact for complex system applications such as podcasting and hybrid drives, up to dredging and turbo transmissions.
